Digital Transformation is one of the main priorities of Ken Walker International University. Consequently, another meeting, “Learning Organization and Systemic Approaches”, was held with administrative and academic staff. The meating was facilitated by the Head of the Strategic Development Department, Salome Dzidziguri. The importance of the learning organization and its main principles were discussed, mainly: the importance of the team-teaching and personal mastering in the success of the organization; the role of the mental frames in decision-making and the systemic approach in order to reach the maximal effectiveness of the organization.
Practical workshops conducted during the meeting gave the participants the opportunity to transform the given information and experience into practice.
