An introductory lecture on the topic `Importance of Georgian Language’ was held for KWIU students as a part of O-Week program. The lecture was conducted by Salome Dzidziguri, Associate Professor of Ken Walker International University.
Georgian language is one of the ancient languages in the world. The reason why Georgian is taught to international students at KWIU is to enable students with the communicative skills that will help them to be actively involved in practices during their clinical years of study. Speaking and listening skills makes it possible for students to communicate with the Georgian patients and obtain the basic information from them.
