Institutional Effectiveness and Development - Our vision and plans
“The Institutional Effectiveness and Development” meeting for administrative staff was held at Ken Walker International University on 11 October, 2021. Meeting was hosted by the International Relationships, Strategic Development and Human Resource Development Department of the University.
The Quality Assurance Department, Medical Education and Research Development Department, Study Process Management Department, as well as the Faculty Dean, Head of Administration and University Rector were attending the meeting. The workshop was facilitated by Irma Grdzelidze - The Head of Quality Assurance Department of Tbilisi State University, Associated Professor, Committee member of EUA CDE, Higher Education Reform Expert (HERE), The Head of Quality Assurance Thematic Group.
What is Institutional Effectiveness and Development? Who is responsible for fulfilling this function? What is the modern world experience? What are the internal and external factors to consider on the way of institutional development? - this is the incomplete list of the intensively discussed topics during the meeting. The Strategic development plan of Ken Walker International University was discussed from the institutional effectiveness and development viewpoint and the future activities to consider in the operational plan were elaborated.
