Exchange Programs

The University actively fosters communication and collaboration with international partners, with a key priority being student participation in exchange programs. Such initiatives play a vital role in enhancing students’ future career prospects and, consequently, ensuring high employability rates.

Opportunities for international student mobility are also supported through a Memorandum of Understanding between Ken Walker International University and Emory University (USA). Under this partnership, at the end of the 2023–2024 academic year, 10 selected students had the opportunity to take part in an exchange visit to Emory University and its hospital. For this visit, Emory University developed a special program designed for KWIU students to deepen their understanding of the U.S. medical education system and healthcare practices. The program included a series of lectures, seminars, and training sessions, as well as visits to Emory University Hospital, where students observed the work of American clinicians in practice.

Such student mobility visits are organized on an annual basis, and the University informs all students in advance to invite applications from those interested in participating.
