The structure of Ken Walker International University ensures the effective implementation of the activities defined by its strategic development plan, where the functions and responsibilities of structural units are clearly defined and delineated. The university's organizational structure and governance principles are regulated by the Provisions and Statute of Ken Walker International University LLC.

The governing bodies of the university are: the Partners' Meeting, the Academic Council, the Rector, the Head of Administration, and the Quality Assurance Service. The governing bodies of the university’s main educational unit (faculty) are the Faculty Council and the Dean of the Faculty.
