Main Campus – Tbilisi, Georgia

The university’s main campus was purpose-built to serve as a higher education institution, fully meeting modern safety, accessibility, and equipment standards. These facilities have been inspected and approved by the relevant Georgian legal authorities as part of the higher education accreditation process.

In addition to the main campus, the university operates a second academic building, located alongside our long-term partner - Ken Walker Medical Rehabilitation University Clinic. 

Learning and Teaching Facilities

• Modern Classrooms
  To create a comfortable learning environment for students and staff, all KWIU classrooms are equipped with modern infrastructure – personal computers, projectors, high-resolution screens, and more.

• Specialized Clinical Teaching Rooms
  Designed for courses such as “Patient, Physician, Society” (PPS) - a distinctive series in KWIU’s curriculum. These sessions feature highly realistic simulations of doctor-patient interactions using Standardized Patients (SPs) - trained human actors – under the guidance of experienced faculty. Students begin PPS from their very first semester, gradually building a strong foundation before entering real clinical practice.

• Clinical Skills Center
  Outfitted with state-of-the-art manikins and simulation technology, enabling students to safely practice and master essential medical procedures.

• Teaching Laboratories
  Equipped with modern microscopes and laboratory instruments specifically tailored for medical education.

• University Library
  Offering both physical and electronic resources essential for the curriculum and beyond, including a wide variety of reference materials. A comfortable reading hall supports focused study and research.

• Student Lounges and Common Areas
  Designed to foster collaboration, relaxation, and social interaction among students.

• Exam Center
  Featuring modern personal computers, specialized examination software, and an environment optimized for secure, objective, and stress-reduced assessments.
