Strategic Development

The university's strategic development for the period 2021–2027 envisions active establishment in the local space, expansion into the global educational arena, and the preparation of professionals—competitive specialists and future successful leaders—who will be ready for lifelong learning and to face new challenges in the field of medicine.

The 7-year strategic development plan has been developed based on a strategic planning methodology. This methodology involves a participatory process that includes all interested stakeholders and encompasses: reviewing the previous strategic plan, assessing the current situation through SWOT analysis and risk evaluation, defining strategic directions, monitoring implementation, and evaluating progress.
