On May 20, the training, “Team work, goal-setting, time-management and communication” was held for “Ken Walker International University”academic and administrative staff . Train was facilitated by the Chair and trainer of the “Management Academy '' Keti Tkavadze. The important topics, like team-work, time management, goal setting, communication instruments, etc. were discussed during the meeting. Participants had the opportunity to perform some practical activities in order to assess the effectiveness of the represented tools.
Time management and goal setting strategies were the most interesting topics for participants and the active discussions took place.
At the end of the training, while evaluating the meeting, participants had the opportunity to make individual developmental plans based on their knowledge and experience.
