In the frame of the International Science Day, Ken Walker International University conducted Student Conference ‘Last Decade Nobel Prize Winners in Medicine’.
Participants presented both, poster and oral presentations regarding doctors/scientists who were awarded with Nobel Prize due to their contribution in field:
- HAJIRA RAFI and MEGHANA RAO VALLURI - ’Discovery of receptors for temperature and touch’
- MADHURI CHINTHAGUNTLA and YASHODA TAMADA - ‘Michael Rosbash - Unravel Molecular Secrets of Circadian Rhythms’
- KRISHNA RAJENDRA ABNAWE and SAI PRAGATHI VENKATESH MURTHY - ‘Brain’s inner GPS’
In the end of the conference participants were awarded with certificates by the Ken Walker International University Rector, Professor Eka Ekaladze.
