The Faculty Council of Medicine and Dentistry announces a competition for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.
Within the framework of the competition, the Faculty Council will select and identify the candidate on November 8, 2024.
Interested individuals must submit their application for participation in the competition and documents confirming compliance with the qualification requirements by November 1, 2024.
The candidate must meet the following qualification requirements:
• Academic degree of Doctor (PHD);
• University Professor or Associate Professor;
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership and/or managerial position;
• Managerial skills (team management, analytical thinking, strategic vision, effective communication);
• Skills in using modern information technologies;
• Knowledge of the English language at a minimum B2 level.
When selecting the Dean, the Faculty Council will rely on the documentation confirming the candidate's qualification requirements and the information obtained during the interview regarding the candidate's vision for the development and future activities of the faculty.
