Students wishing to transfer (via Mobility) to Ken Walker International University must submit the following documents to the Dean`s Office:

Deadline: February 17, 2025, by 5:00 PM
Required Documents:
• Notice
• Copy of the document certifying secondary education
• Official full transcript (grades/marks) from the previous university
• Document confirming military registration (for Georgian male citizens only)
• Copy of the ID card/Passport (notarized and translated for international students)
• Two photos (3X4, including an electronic version)
• Notice of assessment and evaluations from the National Assessment and Examination Center / NAEC (for Georgians who passed National Exams)
• Stamped and signed copies of enrollment orders from the transferring university
