This year’s Orientation Week wrapped up in our university yard, bringing together KWIU senior students and freshers to begin an unforgettable journey into the new academic year!
The sunny day was filled with laughter, positive energy, and the excitement of making new friends - students played badminton and paddle, painted, took photos, enjoyed a delicious lunch together, and shared stories about their dreams and plans for the future.
The most special part of the day was creating the “Time Jar”, where first-year students wrote down their dreams, goals, and expectations on colorful notes and placed them inside the jar. Symbolically, the jar was buried in the university yard and will be opened at the graduation ceremony of the Class of 2031. Six years from now, these same students will look back on where they started, what they hoped for, and how far they’ve come.
Congratulations to the Class of 2031 on this exciting new beginning - may your university years be full of joy, growth, and unforgettable memories!
