GENERAL GUIDELINES

 

  • Abstract submission is only possible online. Submissions sent by other means or not compliant with the guidelines will not be accepted.
  • Each participant may be the presenting author of one abstract only.
  • Accepted abstracts will be presented as either oral presentations or posters (please indicate your preference during submission).
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • There is no fee for abstract submission; however, presenting authors must be registered participants of the conference.
  • All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by a panel of judges.
  • From the abstracts submitted for oral presentation, the highest-ranked will be selected for oral sessions.
  • All poster presenters will be eligible for the Best Poster Award.

📌 Please carefully follow all instructions before submitting your abstract.

ABSTRACT TEXT PREPARATION

  • The abstract must be written in English.
  • The submitted file must include:
    title, authors (with the presenting author underlined), affiliations, abstract text, and 3-6 keywords.
  • The abstract text (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords) must not exceed 200 words.
  • Accepted file formats: Microsoft Word or PDF.
  • Recommended structure: Objectives – Methods – Results – Conclusion (flexible structure is also allowed).
  • Include any funding sources and/or grant numbers at the end of the abstract.
  • Graphics, images, and tables are not allowed.
  • Ensure the abstract is free of spelling, grammatical, and scientific errors.
